Pomidor is built on a simple principle: your family's data belongs to you and stays on your device.
Pomidor stores only the information you enter directly: your child's name, date of birth, and the developmental milestones you choose to mark. No other personal information is collected. We do not collect device identifiers, location data, usage analytics, or any biometric data.
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's encrypted on-device storage (UserDefaults). We do not operate servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure that holds your data. Your information never leaves your device.
We do not share, sell, license, or transmit your data to any third party — ever. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third-party services integrated into this app that receive your personal information.
Pomidor does not require you to create an account or provide an email address. There is no sign-in, no password, and no profile stored outside your device.
Pomidor is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers — not by children. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (including GDPR-K provisions for users under 16), or comparable child-protection laws in other jurisdictions.
Any information about a child (name and birthday) is entered voluntarily by an adult parent, guardian, or caregiver and is stored only on that adult's device. We do not receive, transmit, or process that information. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to the app, please contact us so we can confirm no such data has reached us.
If you enable reminders, notification content is generated locally on your device and scheduled through Apple's notification system. Notification preferences are stored on-device only.
Tap "Delete account" in Profile → your child's profile and all milestone data are immediately and permanently removed from your device. There is no soft delete, no backup copy, and no recovery option.
Because all data stays on your device, it is protected by your device's own security — passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID — as well as Apple's data protection APIs. We have no ability to access, retrieve, or recover your data.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify users through an in-app notice on the next app open.
