Where is my data stored?

Entirely on your device. Pomidor has no servers, no accounts, and no cloud sync. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my child's profile and all data?

Open Profile, tap your child's profile, and choose "Delete account." All milestone data is immediately and permanently removed from your device. There is no recovery option.

Will my data sync across my iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch?

Pomidor syncs between your iPhone and paired Apple Watch over the local Watch Connectivity link. There is no iCloud sync between separate devices today.

I'm not getting reminder notifications.

Open the iOS Settings app → Notifications → Pomidor and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside Pomidor, check that reminders are enabled in Profile.

My baby was born early — are the milestone ages accurate?

Pomidor uses generalised age ranges from public pediatric guidelines and does not adjust for prematurity or individual medical history. For premature babies, your pediatrician may use an "adjusted age" — please defer to their guidance over what the app shows.

My child hasn't hit a milestone in the listed range. Should I worry?

Pomidor is not medical advice. Every child develops at their own pace and the ranges shown are general references. If you have any concern about your child's development, please speak with your pediatrician.

How do I restore data after deleting the app or switching phones?

Because all data lives only on your device, deleting the app or moving to a new device without an iCloud device backup will erase your milestone history. We recommend keeping iCloud device backups enabled.

Do you collect analytics or share data with anyone?

No. No analytics SDKs, no ad networks, no third-party services. See the Privacy Policy.
